Smoother.me's philosophy is to provide a personal aesthetic service to clients, exclusively delivered by an NHS Medical Consultant. Clients are helped to maximise their beauty, whilst still looking natural. This is achieved by selecting small amounts of muscle relaxant (sometimes referred to as Botox) and dermal filler to produce a subtle, fresh look to the face. Your friends and family will notice that you look more youthful, but will not be able to pinpoint why............ unless of course you tell them!!

About me

My name is Dr Paul Baines; I have been medically qualified for 17 years and am currently working as a Consultant in Accident and Emergency Medicine. I have been a member of the Royal College of Surgeons for 12 years and have gained an extensive knowledge of facial anatomy after treating people with facial injuries. My aesthetic training has been gained working alongside very experienced Plastic Surgeons and from aesthetic industry leaders such as Dr Alastair Carruthers and Dr Benjamin Ascher.

Smoother.me's philosophy is to provide a personal aesthetic service to clients, exclusively delivered by an NHS Medical Consultant. I do not operate as part of larger corporation, with all consultations, treatments and follow up appointments performed by myself. Being permanently based in the Taunton area I am readily available to discuss any pre- or post treatment questions that you may have. You can be assured of a discrete, confidential and professional service.
