About me

My name is Dr Paul Baines; I have been medically qualified for 15 years and am currently working as a Consultant in Accident and Emergency Medicine. I have been a member of the Royal College of Surgeons for 10 years and have gained an extensive knowledge of facial anatomy after treating people with facial injuries. My aesthetic training has been gained working alongside very experienced Plastic Surgeons and attending recognised aesthetic training courses in Harley Street.

Smoother.me's philosophy is to provide a personal aesthetic service to clients, exclusively delivered by an NHS Medical Consultant. I do not operate as part of larger corporation, with all consultations, treatments and follow up appointments performed by myself. Being permanently based in the Taunton area I am readily available to discuss any pre- or post treatment questions that you may have. With 100% of clients returning for further treatments, you can be assured of a discrete, confidential and professional service.
